Hi,

You seem to have dehydrated with the yellowish urine. I am still clueless why does the urine like thing come out from the anal opening when you defecate. There are only one possibility with Vesicorectal fistula.

How long do you have this? Are you sure it is from anus? Did you get some tests done like kidney function, liver function, electrolytes etc.

With the medications that you take it is likely to have dehydration.
