YELLOW DISCHARGE IS INDICATIVE OF A BACTERIAL INFECTION. This could be mixed fungal and bacterial infection called Mixed vaginosis. You may confirm the diagnosis with a high vaginal swab culture test and then antibiotics can be started alongwith antifungals if confirmed. Please get the high vaginal swab culture done.
