Question : What causes you to get acidity musty smell through your skin only when you sweat are air blows on your skin. I am pre diabetics and have had problems with yeast breakout in groin area and under breat.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. The sweat contains a lot of chemical substances on which bacteria and fungi can feast upon. This creates a musty acidic odor. If the concentration of sweat is more (as happens if fluid intake is less) the odor is further more. The chemical content of sweat is more in the areas of groin and armpits. Hence the yeast (a type of fungus) problem is particularly more there.
