                                    hi! in every nucleus of cell, a man can have only one y chromosome; it is determined in the womb...no one can change this;
however, in superman syndrome and few cancers, men can have two y chromosomes; that is a disease...!

                                    Brief Answer:
ONLY FRAUD PEOPLE CLAIM THIS MYTH!
Detailed Answer:
Hi! please try to understand the basic origin of this y chromosome!
All people have 44 body chromosomes and two more xx (in females) or xy (in males) sex chromosomes; all cells in the body contain these.
the difference is only one 'y'
in our testes, during sperm formation, our xy leads to 2 xy/xy sperms
during mating, ovarian xx unites with our xy with possibility of xx/xy in equal proportion or 50%
how can a medicine change this?
if anybody claims to do so, he is definitely fraud; don't trust them!
however, in testicular cancer and abnormal xyy syndrome, people can have more than one y chromosome.
in all normal men we have 50% x and 50% y chromosome; this is the simple math...one x for one y...! if you need y, you have to take x also...in a sperm and rest depends upon luck only but statistically the chance of getting a boy/girl is always 50%;
Hope you will understand...!
all the best

YOU ARE CORRECT but nothing is dependable !
Detailed Answer:
Hi! because this is a great mystery, some people make money out of this!
Some factors could be there but it is still under research and for your help, I would like to say that theoretically it is possible to induce boy child in some developed countries like USA but under certain circumstances where only you 23, y sperms are selected to unite with 23,x ovum artificially by IVF. There are myths that intercourse from bck increases the chance of boy child,..other methods are Erricson method, Shettles proponents technique, XXXXXXX Whelan METHOD, sex selection kit etc...
You can try these at home but not dependable!
Hope you understand,
