From twi days she has some cough and a runny noise, but yesterday in evening she started telling me that she has a headache, and during the night she continued telling me about the headache. Now in the morning she still said to me that she has a headache, exactly in the forehead. Is the firsr time that she complains for having it. She does not have fever, should I give her some paracetamol? Shoul I go to the doctor to visit or it is something normal? Thank you!

Brief Answer:
Because of acute pharyngo rhinitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Your daughter seems to be suffering from an infection that had affected her nose, pharynx and bronchus probably. It may be sinus also. It looks to be that the infection is spreading down to the lungs. Since there is a lot of mucus stuck in the nose, nasopharynx obviously a stuffiness is created leading to the pressure on the sinuses.
She needs a course of antibiotics, mucolytics and steam inhalations to do good. Paracetmol alone may not be sufficient but can be given till she is treated fully by Pediatrician. Give steam inhalations and paracetmol now and take to the pediatrician.
