Which side of your arm is paining? Is there any fall or lifting heavy weights or heavy exercise or taken any injection? Is the pain associated with tingling sensation? Is there any swelling of the arm? Any other symptoms?
Avoid lifting heavy weights
Take adequate rest
Avoid sleeping on the affected side

Thanks for replying back. Do you have difficulty in holding anything?
For pain, i would suggest you to start with pain killers like Hifenac-D two times a day for 3 days, and also Multivitamin tablets like A to Z.
As mentioned earlier, avoid lifting heavy weights, avoid sleeping on the affected side.
Your Vitamin B12 and Calcium are in normal levels now. How about Vitamin D levels? If the test not done, i would suggest you to get it done..
