Question : Hello I gave birth a month ago. And recently I’ve noticed I don’t know if the two are related. That I am extremely lightheaded and dizzy. I get winded very fast. Especially after a shower. Also I noticed when I go to the bathroom it requires a lot of strength to push while I’m having a bowel movement. It’s really hard to poop. What could be causing this? And my tailbone feels very sore. Also when I urinate I’ve noticed white particles in my urine.
