Question : Hi I am being bit by something on my scalp neck sometimes lip and feet . They hurt like crazy like a sting and then the itch is unbearable. At first they look like a white hair and the you get closer and it looks like the have to legs or fangs and they dig into you and are so hard to get out .

Brief Answer:
No idea what the bug is. However, there is a post-bite allergic reaction!!

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I have looked at these attached images and this is suggestive of contact dermatitis. Cetirizine and a local antiseptic will help address this. However, the main aim would be to identify these bugs and exterminate them to prevent future bites.

Unless they are seen and identified, we cannot identify what they are. Maybe thorough home cleansing and washing of all dresses/beddings would be a good start.

If you ever identify the bug or get a picture, please share it with us for identification and further guidance.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards
