Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for query.
Based on the facts that you have posted recurrent formation of urinary stones that you have is mostly due to the following few factors which need to be investigated.
1) Recurrent UTI.
2) Metabolic disorder of either Calcium or Phosphorus.
You need to consult qualified Urologist and get following blood tests done to establish cause for recurrence of stone formation.
1) Serum Calcium and Phosphorus levels.
2) Parathyroid Hormone assessment.
3) Serum Electrolytes study.
4) A routine urine test and urine culture.
Further treatment will depend upon the result of these tests and final diagnosis.
Hope I have answered your query.
Thanks and regards,
Dr. P. T. Patil, Urologist
