Brief Answer:
Most common cause for asthma flare up is viral infection.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Most common cause for asthma flare up is viral respiratory tract infection.
So you might be having acute rhinitis due to viral infection which is causing flare up of asthma.

Another common possibility is exposure of inhaled allergens like dust, pollens, chemicals, fume etc.

Since your asthma is not controlled by Ventorlin and symbicort you may need oral bronchodilator (acebrophyllin) and oral corticosteroids (methylprednisolone).
Please let me know if you have any known allergies.

I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health.

Thanks.

Regards
