Brief Answer:
Orthopedic consultation needed

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Back could from many reasons. It could be kidney stone, lumbar lordosis, injury, muscle spasm, disc problem etc. It needs examination by doctor and tests to find cause. You can take Pain killers like Tab ibruprofen 200 mg twice a day as long as needed. For severe pain stronger analgesics like aceclofenac are needed. There are gels available for local application like voveran. Meanwhile avoid lifting any weights.

Kindly describe your pain in detail including exact location, severity, what makes it worse, what makes it better, etc. This will help me to come to a conclusion.
