Question : I was urinating and my penis got hung up in my boxers and it stopped the flow I got it untangled but it was a lil blood when I finished urinating could I cut something inside

It could be due to mild trauma

Hi
If at all the Urine is Dark coloured,it is concentrated one and it could be due to insufficient intake of water.
If it is Blood stained,it could be due to mild trauma.
Nothing to worry.
Drink plenty of liquids.
It's Very rare to have severe injury with Boxers.
