Detailed examination and investigations will reveal the diagnosis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the post your query.
Fever can occur due to umpteen number of reasons right from viral and bacterial infections of various organs of our body. According to the history and symptoms and examination findings, various investigations are available. The outcome of these investigations along with examination findings, one can fix the diagnosis of fever. We have to rule out Dengue, Covid, Urinary tract infection, Typhoid, malaria, tuberculosis etc. as common causes of fever. some of the viral infections are self limiting and the individual will become alright within a week. Treatment has to be planned accordingly.
