Question: It's been 43 days since I got my period, and up to now it hasn't come.
My period is irregular

My breast is swollen and I have fine hair growing on my face

I think you may need to get a pregnancy test.
If you are not pregnant, you can do a complete blood count, and a thyroid profile. An Ultrasound of the pelvic area can help rule out PCOD
