Brief Answer:
Answer

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Do you have knee pain? Since when is the knee pain?

Is the pain worse on squatting or cross leg sitting and climbing stairs?

Any increased warmth over the knee or fever?

Any history of Rheumatoid arthritis in you or your family?
Knee pain can be caused commonly by arthritis.

It would be advisable to avoid bending knee much and no cross leg sitting. Apply warm or cold packs whichever gives you relief. Also get an X-ray of the affected knee to look for arthritis.

You can raise Paracetamol for pain relief if not allergic.

I hope I have answered your query.
