Question : Hi I was hopping you can interpret what these ct findings on a ct from a year ago mean it says “there is a soft tissue attenuation within the anterior mediastinum , findings favored to represent thymus “ does that mean they found a tumor in my neck and never told me

Hello,
This doesn't mean that they found a tumor in the neck. The formation tissue found can be thymus which is an organ normally found in body. It is responsible for making white blood cells (T lymphocytes) and it shrinks in adulthood.
