Question : I have a pain on the right side of my navel. It comes and goes also my last BM was slightly greenish and some floaters and feel a little stomach upset. What could be the cause?
Brief Answer:
Can be due to gas and having lots of fiber foods.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I think that the pain you are having and green bowel movement may be caused due to excessive gas in bowel caused by eating fiber foods.
They are causing you gas which is causing the pain and floaters are possibly undigested fibers.
I think it will soon go away.
You can use simethicone tablets found over the counter to reduce gas in your bowel. Don't use much fiber recently.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thanks.
