Brief Answer:
The symptoms can be related to Sjogren's syndrome.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The lumps in the jaw can be related to Sjogren's syndrome.
Sjogren's syndrome can cause swollen lymph nodes of the salivary glands on your jaw.
If you are already treating Sjogren's, you should continue the treatment as prescribed by your doctor.
