Question : Hi my pain is located lower right of my stomach. Dull gets better by the day re occurs in the morning.

Since how long you had these symptoms ?
Have you taken tests like Ultrasound abdomen ?
Is there any associated Burning sensation of chest with or without reference to food intake?
Any associated disturbances in passing urine?
Any associated fever, nausea/vomiting, loose stools ?

Hi Doctor,
No chest pain, no disturbances in passing urine, no nausea vomiting or loose stool I’ve had the pains for a couple weeks. I have adjusted my diet no alcohol, caffeine more vegetables ect. Also I’ve added in peppermint tea and apple cider vinegar seems to aid in relief. Could it be gallstones? I have not yet had an ultrasound.

Hello,

The possibility of gallstones and sometimes kidney stones (although no disturbance in urination) is reasonably high in your case.

Hence it's mandatory to evaluate yourself further through Ultrasound scanning of the abdomen.Further management if any is largely based on test results.
