Question : Hi Doctor, I am having severe neck pain and recently got catch on my neck. Now when ever there's some movement on neck, the pain starts. Kindly advice.

Dear sir
you didn't mention your age, is there any numbness in arm?
from how many days you are having this?
apply hot pack, diclofenac gel, take anti inflammatory, use cervical collar, and if not relieved in 1 week get your xrays done.
