                                            Question : I have a lump on my neck, with no symptoms. I’ve had it for a few weeks now and didn’t think much of it but i want a second opinion before I go to the doctors

                                    Very small but noticeable when I run my hand down my neck to feel for it

The commonest reasons for such painless small lump are as follows:
Lipoma
Sebaceous cyst.
Both are benign, slowly growing.
Sebaceous cyst may resolve on its own.
Lipoma needs no active treatment.
W/F: Watch for:
Increase in size.
Pain or tenderness.
Skin color.
Any other symptoms.
