Question : i have a small bump on the head of my penis, no pain is associated with it. i am monogamous with one partner and always have been. what could it be?

Taking count that you don't have discomfort,pain or discharge the bump is not important. It can be enlarged sebaceous gland or papule.
I don't think this is something to worry about and you can let it untreated if it doesn't bother you.
If it is causing discomfort you can go to doctor to remove it.
