As per your description,it looks like Musculoskeletal pain.I prescribe skeletal muscle relaxant tablet containing Thiocolchicoside to my patients with similar complaints.
If there is no response, you should get MRI of LUMBOSACRAL SPINE and Ultrasound Abdomen.

I’ve been having lower back pain on both sides and in the middle. It’s stinging burning pain, along with spasms. It also throbs. It also hurts when u move and I’ve had two urinalysis that have come back clean, no blood and no growth. Thoughts?
