Question : I have been having persistent chest pain that might just be heartburn, directly in the middle of my chest. It started last night. Its a dull pain. I tried antacids.

Have seen your details.
A cardiac event in a 44 year old women is highly unlikely.
What antacid have you tried.
I would suggest you to take Prizolec two tablets stat along with some antacid syrup(Aluminium hydroxide).
If not relieved even after that visit your nearest emergency and get a EKG done to rule out any cardiac event.
Both medicines are OTC.
Take it and eat light food and revert back after 6 hours.
