It looks like muscle catch. You can have take muscle relaxant such as Tab. Zerdol MR twice a day for 2 days after food. Keep a hot compress and do mild stretching exercises. Apply volini gel or spray to the affected area.

Have adequate fluids. Fresh fruits.
