It seems that you have acid reflux
Detailed Answer:
Hii. Welcome to the Ask A Doctor service.
It seems that you have acid reflux which can cause similar symptoms for 1 month. But it's necessary to visit an ent surgeon and a gastroenterologist. If necessary you may need to undergo endoscopy of the larynx and oesophagus or food pipe. Most probably it will come normal on the basis of your symptoms. Thus by doing an endoscopy the proper diagnosis can be made. But your symptoms indicate towards GERD only. Till then you continue pantoprazole or omeprazole. Take more water. Avoid spicy food, smoking, alcohol. Drink more water. Do moderate exercise. Sleep after 2 hours of food. Review with ent and gastrosurgeon.
