Question : Hi so for as long as I can remember I’ve had white zits on my testicles. Whenever they’re popped usually a white not quite solid substance comes out. Not sure what’s caused it. I’ve never had sex.

Brief Answer:
Regarding scrotal cysts

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and noted your concern.

Most likely you have got sebaceous cysts on testicles which are asymptomatic soft to firm nodules which contain yellowish cheesy, sometimes hard(calcified) stuff. They grow slowly in size and are only of cosmetic concern, being largely asymptomatic, unless infected. Treatment can be avoided in most cases if they are small in size and multiple. However, larger ones need to be removed surgically, if required. The procedure is known as scrotoplasty.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.
