Question : I am 45 years old and my dermotolgist just diagnosed me with mild case of shingels , I had no pain, little itching , and its just a single stripe.
well I had read that it can be cause by hiv, but I am negative , so that worries me.
I just thought I was kinda young to get it

I guess that's what I always think when I hear immunity or immune system ... is hiv.

I am very healthy except for severe anxiety, I am overweight but trying to lose and I have PCOS.

I haven't been sick or anything lately, just a lot of stress. family stress, my job, the current world situation.

I have some indoor and outdoor allergies
