Question : I have pain in my right arm and hand. I thought it might be due to gas, muscle pain, or cold weather. The pain lasts for a few days, goes away, and then comes back. What could be the reason, and what supplements should I take?

It could be due to muscle cramps, suggest you to take Tab. D rise 60k iu 1 tablet once a day for week in the afternoon for 8 weeks.
Take Tab. Nucoxia MR 1 tablet 2 times a day only if pain is there for 5 days.
Take Tab. Nurobion forte 1 tablet in the night for 3 months.
If still the pain persists get Thyroid, CBC, and vitamin profile investigation done.
