Brief Answer:
Use antihistamines it may continue for 3-5 days.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
You are having inflammation of the uvula called uvulitis. It may be caused by different factors such allergies, viral or bacterial infections, irritation etc.
Taking count that you are not having other symptoms you can continue to use chipped ice.
Do gargling with salted water.
You can take any antihistamines such benadryl or citerizine.
I think it may need 3-5 days to recover.
If it still doesn't get better with home remedies visit your doctor.
Benadryl can be found over the counter.
Hope I have answered the question.

Brief Answer:
It is better to avoid physical activity
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
I think it would be better to avoid physical activity now because it may be difficult breathing while suffering from uvulitis.
Physical activity makes you breathe deeply and faster so it is not much recommended.
