If you concern about this skin lesion and you try protecting your skin already but it still develop bigger or worse skin biopsy to rule out cancer is my recommendation.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question,
I have read your chief complaint and hope I can be of help to you today.
Through reading your query I understand what you question. Spot on your hand with brown scab or dark freckle can be caused by sun-exposed to your skin that has two characteristic called ephelides and lentigines.
Did you expose it to the sun? Ephelis mostly happen since you are a child and also arise in the midface. But lentigines are brown flat lesions with a clearly defined edge. It arises in the middle age and results from sun damage. Solar lentigines tend to persist for long periods, although they may fade during your winter. It would be helpful if I can see your skin lesion.
Sun protection will be to reduce the number of new solar lentigines. Using sunscreens alone is not as effective as sun-protective clothing. If you keep with careful sun protection you freckle may fade.
If you concern about this skin lesion and you try protecting your skin already but it still develop bigger or worse skin biopsy to rule out cancer is my recommendation.
If you do not have any clarifications, you can close the discussion and rate the answer.
Wish you good health. Let me know if I can assist you further.
