Question: I have small lumps on my body, one cm diameter, like a fat collection, little hard, under my skin on several places of my body, like 2 on both the hands, 2 on lower back etc.

Are the swellings freely movable? If you press on the side/edge of a lump does it move freely under the skin?
Any pain or tenderness (pain on pressure)?
Any family history of similar swellings?

first it was on one hand, months later found one more on other hand and similarly now found same lumps on lower back, means they are spreading on body in 3 4 months.

The most probable cause for such lumps at your age is multiple lipomatosis.
Multiple lipomas are benign means not cancerous.
Many people have these.
So not to worry.
Very rare conditions should be ruled out like fibromatosis. This can be done by the following way:
Examination by a General Surgeon.
Ultrasound and FNAC if required can confirm the diagnosis.
Please get these done and let me know the follow up.
