Hello,

I think that getting periods one week after finishing them may be related to hormonal issues. Stopping the contraceptives after taking them for three months may cause hormonal imbalance and may cause bleeding in the middle of the cycle. Anyway an ultrasound of the uterus and ovaries is needed to check if there is another organic issue causing it.
