If there is pain inside the breast, these cyst could be the reason. You have to get an Fine needle aspiration cytology test of the cysts and confirm the diagnosis. If the pain is below the breast, then it could be musculoskeletal pain. Skeletal muscle relaxant tablet will help. Please consult a Surgeon and proceed accordingly. Wish you good health Regards
