He doesn't have any wounds and infections in the leg. he has only legs burning sensation due to the diabetics.please provide any meditations

Pregabalin 75mg taken once at night for a period of 2 weeks might give him relief from the burning sensation in the legs. Its a prescription medicine and you will need a hand written presentation from.your doctor.

Also, it is good to supplement him with Vitamin B12 in the form of methylcobalamine 750mcg once daily at night for a period of 1 month.
