I think i may have a infection under my foot been doing a lot of exercis recently and have atheletes foot in between fingers. Noticed some red dots below feet.

Photos are god but not much focused.
Please post a clear and focused picture as it helps sometimes for on-the-spot diagnosis.
Also see whether there is something in the shoes or socks or whatever you wore during dancing that can give stains and let me know.
Any medications like Aspirin that you took?
Is it on a single foot or both?
Any symptoms like itching, pain or so?

I havent took any aspirin.. alcohol was consumed yes.
I wore black socks.. they appear to be a orange colour now? Like a haldi stain if that makes sense or a mehndi type small area.

There does not appear any inflammation around the spots.
Haldi can turn into the color as seen on contact with soap.
You can surely get the following things done:
Wait and watch to see for further changes.
Clean the soles with soap and water and see the changes, whether the spots vanish?
If not then it is better to get the tests of blood, particularly the coagulation profile.
Please feedback on cleaning the feet with soap and warm water.
