Question : Hi, I think I am having UTI and my lower back on the right side I can feel pain on and off on that part. am I having just a regular UTI or kidney stone?
Brief Answer:
Ultrasound abdomen will give a clue
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Ultrasound abdomen will give a clue about Kidney stone or UTI.
Phenazopyridine is the best drug for UTI.
But, the exact diagnosis has to be confirmed.
Please consult your doctor and get an Ultrasound abdomen.
If Ultrasound is normal, then the pain could be due to Musculoskeletal cause. Then tablet containing THIOCOLCHICOSIDE will work.
Nothing to worry.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further. Wish you good health.
