Brief Answer:
Please provide a few more details and take treatment as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and the attachments.
I understand your concern.

A headache at this age may be most likely primary headache like a migraine or tension-type.
The possibility of a unilateral headache to be a migraine is more.

Any associated vomiting, sensitivity to light or sounds?
Any stress or sleep deprivation?
Could you please clarify what do you mean by different eyes?

You can take prescription based medications like Amitriptyline at bedtime for relief.
Painkiller like Ibuprofen or Naproxen can be taken for acute pain relief.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Brief Answer:
Get examined and evaluated by a neurologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Mild asymmetric eyes may be normal.
Any deviation from the previous status needs evaluation by a neurologist.
Brain MRI with angiography may be required to rule out an aneurysm or bleeding.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
