Question : I have a boil or lump on cheek of my anus about 1 inch long It hurts when I sit on it

Hello,
As per the details given by you it appears to be a hemorrhoid. Hemorrhoids are swollen veins in the lowest part of your rectum and anus. Sometimes the walls of these blood vessels stretch so thin that the veins bulge and get irritated especially when you poop. However grade 4 hemorrhoids can be permanently hanging outside your anus.
As per your history, your case appears to be grade 4 hemorrhoid.
Firstly get yourself examined by a MD.
Till that time,
You can use Preparation-H, a combination containing contains Calcium Dobesilate, Hydrocortisone, Lignocaine, and Zinc for relief till the test is done.Its over the counter.
Follow up with what MD says.
If possible attach a clear picture with follow up.
