Question : Is there a doctor on here I can email the photos.
Very small on base of penis. They dont itch. And not painful. Wondering if genital warts or some sort of rash or fungus?

I have viewed the images. These are genital warts / condyloma acuminate. It is an HPV infection. Warts are asymptomatic and have a rough surface.
