Question : My bf has noticed a single black spot on the tip of his penis that has just randomly appeared He says its only tiny what could this be he is only 19 yrs old ???

No it dosent cause pain of any kind it is just alarming him becuase it is there and no I can not upload a photo it dose not allow me that option .

I would suggest he keep a watch on the size of it.
If it gets bigger, a dermatology consult may be needed.
But definitely not something he need worry about.
