Question : Yes ,I am over that horrible fly but I have a sinus infection and a nagging cough. Trying to heal on my own but this morning I'm coughing up thick yellow flem. It has been a month so far.?

Hello,

Thanks for putting up the query.

The cough is due to the post nasal drip caused by nasal congestion.

As the phlegm is yellow, it is infective. Take tablet Cefixime and tablet Levocetrizine plus Phenylepherine and put Xylometazoline nasal drops.

All the medicines I have prescribed will be available only on prescription.

You should get a X-ray paranasal sinuses done and send me.
