Question : Dear Dr, I am 33 yr old male from XXXXX I am working in marketing field so that I use to travel frequently and having food also outside .I am suffering from constipation as well as blood in stool without pain.I am sitting in toilet 3 to 4 times a day.I am getting urge to pass the stool but many a times small amount of whitish liquid only passing.kindly suggest me what should I do.

I would suggest you stop taking junk food
