Posted on Wed, 21 Jun 2023
Question: I am getting nervous about going to sleep these days. About four times now I have been woken up by a sensation of intense heat and threat as if a nuclear bomb went off and it is the end of the world. I get the feeling more and more that my heart maybe has stopped and restarted and woke me up. Have you heard of this feeling before from patients?

Your blood pressure levels are very well maintained. However, who advised you to take two Benadryl every night?

It's a kind of sedative that can cause addiction and also can affect heart rhythm.
