Hi,
It looks like gastritis. I suggest you take Tab. Rantac D 20 mg twice daily, half an hour before food. If you have excessive nausea take Tab. Emeset 4mg 20 mins before food. Avoid oily and spicy food. Eat small, regular meals divided into 6 times. Eat lots of curds and buttermilk.
