Question : I feel water running down the right side of my head. Then I get a pain. Pressure builds up.
I have had a c scan, MRI, mra, eeg, but nothing. Started to po ax now three days. Tonight worst head pain. Water again along with going down front and now dripping slowly towards right side .
Have had Headaches every day for a month.

I would like to assure you that if all your advanced imaging tests like MRI CT etc., have come normal then certainly there is no pathological disease. It’s basically the thought process which is disturbing you and making you feel that way.
In my opinion, it’s advisable to take the help of a psychologist who can help you with behavioral therapies and will help you in coming out of this thought process.
