Brief Answer:
You should be investigated.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Swelling of both lower limbs can be due to liver disease, heart problem or Kidney problem.

I will order for the following set of tests to rule out aforementioned conditions.
1. For Liver disease, Ultrasound abdomen and Liver function test has to be done.
2. For Heart disease,ECG, Echocardiogram has to be done.
3. For Kidney disease, Ultrasound abdomen, Serum Creatinine will give a clue.
These are the basic investigations. If at all any test gives positive results further investigations should be done.
Please consult your doctor and proceed further.

Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards.
