Kindly describe her symptoms in detail like runny nose, colour of mucous, fever, etc. Is there any history of allergies? Its common to have recurrent cold during this age group because the child is getting into school or daycare and catches infection from there.

Anyways its a good idea to conduct basic blood tests to find any cause. The tests can include complete blood count, liver function test, kidney function test, fasting blood sugar.

Can also get examined by ENT specialist.
