Question : Hello,
I don't have a clear sperm (some kind of granules). This is happening since last 4-5 months or so. I have experienced a trauma in my testicles few years back due to some unfortunate reasons. Can you please suggest what I need to do to address the problem

Hi,

Sometimes, long period of abstinence from masturbation or sexual intercourse might make semen thick which might be interpreted as granules. It may also be due to some infection in semen. Its unrelated to trauma to testicles.

I will suggest that you do a semen analysis and urine culture and sensitivity to confirm the same.
Meanwhile drink more of clean water. Take fruits and hygienic healthy diet.
