Question : i have had a pain under my right breast for about a month it seems to be getting worse. Is painful when I breath and use my right arm to lift myself up when adjusting myself in a chair.

Hello,

The symptoms you are experiencing is suggestive of Costochondritis, which is the inflammation the cartilage that connects ribs to the sternum.

You can take Advil (Ibuprofen) 400 mg every 8 hours after some food for next 2-3days to relieve the pain. Also, avoid strenuous activities using your arms.

The pain will subside in about a week.
